Who We Are

Our mission is to connect people with Jesus and invest radically in our team and local and international communities. Oh, and we do it by creating and serving excellent coffee!

Connect

We love to connect with people and believe there is no better way to do so than over a cup of coffee! We also believe that each of us can connect with God and develop a personal relationship with Him because of His son, Jesus.

We take our name from John 15:4-5 where Jesus tells us, “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”

We work to facilitate an environment where people are able to connect and abide with God and one another.

Care

We believe our actions show our values, and so we care for people by investing in our team members in real ways. We seek to hire members of the community who may not have other opportunities and those who need a second chance. Once hired, we continue to invest through training, benefits, and career tracks that provide additional opportunities.

Community

We believe connection and care result in community. We also believe our community extends to every place our team members and partners have a presence. This includes the customers who buy our coffee, the shops we serve, our distributors, and the farmers who grow and cultivate our beans. For this reason, we partner with organizations that are dedicated to investing in and giving back to both local communities and coffee growing regions around the world.
